Great experience. Dr. Brigham and staff are professional and courteous.
As to wait times, Saturdays and X-mas/Spring break hoidays for obvious reasons are bad. Most are off during this time and therefore they are extremely busy. People with appointments also have unexpected repairs, etc. You can't help that. It's happened to me numerous times not realising something was broken.
Try to go mid week, early afternoon. Not much of a wait and often you'll get called in early.
