My orthodontic experience with Dr. Tagawa was terrible. Although his staff was very friendly and professional, the two doctors on staff over promised and under delivered. I now have to spend more money to fix the problems their services have created. In addition to the added problems upon completion, I was most disappointed with the level of agitation rec'd when I voiced my concerns with the doctors. The lack of concern for the level of service being delivered was frustrating and very uncomfortable.
This experience was very disappointing and I am now paying for it.
