Avoid Dr. Quo. I had two kids go through complete treatment with Dr. Quo, with different needs. Her intent is good but she does not deliver quality care because she refuses to schedule treatment when patients need it. Dr. Quo routinely makes kids undergo months, on occasion years, of extra treatment because she schedules for personal income instead of patient care. If any changes of schedule are necessary... and believe me, in several years of care they will be necessary... you will find it impossible to get an appointment in the week, or even month, when you need one. She does not care, because her schedule is full, but you will care! Your kid will have braces on for many extra months just to fit her appointment schedule. Quo's office schedules patients with no open slots to maximize income. But health care is not predictable, and neither are lives. Health care professionals are obligated to place patient needs ahead of personal income. Stacey Quo does not.

Great Orthodontist! Very organized staff. New office that is in the works looks incredible. She and her staff explain procedures very well so my daughter is never nervious. Overall, her office provides a pleasant experience.

Dr. Quo is the best doctor I have ever had. She is patient, gentle, and treats me like a mother would treat her child. Her staff is so kind to me, and I look forward to my visits to have my braces checked. It is always the highlight of my week. From the time I arrive until the time I leave, I'm treated with care by each of the people in the office. They know me by name, and they make me feel like they love me and look forward to seeing me as much as I look forward to seeing them. They are so gentle that even when they tighten my braces, I'm still not too uncomfortable. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Quo herself - everyone is professional and extremely considerate. I would recommend Dr. Quo to anyone and everyone. With deep appreciation, Tatiana

Dr Quo is a great dentist. It's obvious she cares about each and every one of her patients. She's one of the rare doctors who is both tops in her field and has a great chairside manner. Highly recommended!

They are awesome!!! always smiling very friendly, very understanding and you always feel welcomed. Had them for braces and retainer for 2 years. Not one bad experience... that coming from a person that hates docs...unitl recently. just listen to their instructions and you will get the best results.

Everyone was pleasant and I felt comfortable. However, the assistant who cemented my permanent retainer seemed inexperienced and didn't attach it right. I could tell from the first moment he put it on that it wasn't straight. He seemed unsure about the job he had done, but Dr. Quo just brushed it off. I had already paid my money and couldn't affort another visit to take off and re-attach the retainer. Now 3 years later, my teeth in that retainer have become crooked (they were straight when I walked into Quo's office) because of the shoddy job he did putting it on. Now I will have to pay another ortho to take off the retainer and I will have the crooked teeth that my parents paid so much money to fix when I was a kid. Infuriating.

Those other reviewers must have been Dr Quo's Mom and Dad. Here is my experience: (1) Full payment is up front, so if you don't like the treatment, you can walk away from your money or just endure the pain. We did the latter because we could not afford to pay double. (2) The office staff is there for the convenience of the dentists, not the patients. Inflexible at best, surly at worst. The only time I received any pleasant treatment was when they needed a check from me. "Give me an appiontment next month the same time as today's appontment" is considered an unreasonable demand by the staff. (3) There is always a long wait in the remarkable uncomfortable, cramped waiting room. Why can't they call when they are running late? We get charged if we are late or miss an appointment, but there is no reciprocity. (4) They don't mind if your kid is in pain. Is it necessary to have the kid in tears for every adjustment?

Dr. Quo is by far the best doctor I have ever had, including dentists and general practitioners. My experience was very positive. She understood my special needs as an adult with braces. Her staff is friendly and knowledgable.

I was anxious about my orthodontic care. From the first contact with the office I was put at ease and impressed with her reputation. Dr. Quo is a tru professional and she and her staff have extraordinary customer service skills. Dr. Quo's staff is a first class team where everyone seems to enjoy working there and helping customers. Everyone I have ever talked to has had great things t say about her practice. I highly recommend her!
