My daughter (and my family) are having a very positive experience with Trask. She explained options well and her teeth (post braces!) look great! Now onto retainer. Highly recommended.

I have two sons seeing Dr. Trask for braces. The office staff is great, very friendly and super efficient. My boys are in and out and they love Dr. Trask. If you are a busy Mom, this is a great office for braces.

I truly enjoy going to see Dr. Trask! Her staff has always been so great with my son and his teeth look amazing! We looked around for the right orthodontist and stuck with Dr. Trask because she had the most experience and my husband and I felt like that was really important. Every time I see Joseph smile or laugh, I know we made the right choice!

Dr Trask is probably a fine orthodontist. I'm a pretty laid back woman, and very relaxed about dental procedures in general. But the communication at Dr Trask's office about treatment processes and expectations has been truly abominable. Couldn't be much worse without being in a movie. This has been one of the worst medical/dental experiences of my life (I'm in my 40s). I'm trying to figure out how to get out of my contract to change orthodontists in mid-stream, and intending to tell my dentist that if he continues to refer patients to Dr Trask, I'm going to switch dentists as well.

I have had lots of problems with my orthodontics through this office. I saw the doctor for invisalign trays, hoping to be done with treatment in 6 months from my initial visit. Dr.'s assistant told me the trays would take 4 weeks to arrive, but I didn't get them for 10 weeks. They were unwilling to do anything for my inconvenience, as expected. I wasn't told they would be gluing tooth-colored bumps on my teeth to hold the trays until the day I received my trays. I was told by the dentist that I could have them shaved down or removed if I really did not like them. When they put the glue on, I really did not like it, but it felt like I was being inconvenient to have some of the bumps shaved down. I feel like it is way too much money, the treatment visits are way too long, and I'm not getting the customer service I expect from services in this price range.

I think she is great. Very friendly and helpful. although, my teeth were not a complete sucess, she was able to get close to it. (I had a difficult case)

Dr. Trask's office was difficult to work with. Services took more than twice as long as promised. When I expressed my concerns about this, Dr. Trask did not bother to reply. She did reimburse me for the services I had not recieved when I left to continue care elsewhere.
