I had dental work done by both Dr Christopher Shamlian and Dr Dennis Shamlian. They both eased my fear and took very good care of me. They restored my smile and my faith in dentists. The office was clean and their staff was outstanding. I would recommended they to everyone.

I knew Dr. Shamlian from back in his old office off of Palm ave. I saw his advertisment for emergency services in the phone book and called him at around 11pm I think on a Fri or Sat night. Anyway, I had broke a piece of my tooth off while eating popcorn and it was really sensitive. I freaked out that the rest of the think would go if I ate anything more. He wasnt even the first person I called, but he was the only one that picked up the phone without a stupid answering service. He met me at the office and told me I needed a crown THANK GOD NO ROOT CANAL. I had to pay for the work that night but they billed my insurance the next week. I still have the crown and its doing great. His new office is amazing. It really does look like ahealth spa!

Worst experience ever! Tooth still not fixed properly. Take your money elsewhere. Billing practice is questionable!

I have always been terrified to go to any dentist due to bad past experiences. Dr. Shamlians and his staff are great!! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. YOu are treated with respect and as part of the family. Highly recomment this practice!!

I am not happy with his treatment. He sees too many patients at a time and doesn't give enough attention and time for patients. He is charging too much for the service he provides.

Dr. Shamlian came in over Holiday just to take care of my swollen face. I had an abscessed tooth and he got up in the middle of the night to get me out of pain. Thank You Dr. Shamlian. Also when I went back for my follow up during business hours and his staff was great. Thanks Girls.

The facility is beautiful, clean, outstanding. The treatment and services are poor. He treats too many patients at one time. Didn't explain procedures / costs / risks. Didn't attempt preauthorization of insurance. Scraped and drilled without anesthesia ! The underlying problem is still not corrected. He was focused on selling me an expensive cap - not with fixing the initial complaint. Far too rushed. Focused on seeing as many patients as possible. No quality of care.
About Hygienist: Excellent.

Dr. Shamlian is an excellent dentist, but the wait time for the dentist in the new office has become very long.

I first met Dr. Shamlian when my wife called him on a Saturday as I had a sore tooth. Dr. Shamlian met me at his office in 30 minutes and took care of the problem. He is professional, his new office on N. West Street is beautiful. My wife and I both use him now.
Sure his is a bit costly but he is the best

I went to Dr. Shamlian back in 2003 to get my teeth extracted and get new dentures. He was very rough and expensive. Unfortunately I did not realize that there is a lengthy procedure that should be followed to get dentures (temp dentures, wax fittings, etc), none of that was done.I would not recommend him to anyone. He also needs to imrove his chair side manner.His staff was very nice and helpful.
