The facility is beautiful, clean, outstanding. The treatment and services are poor. He treats too many patients at one time. Didn't explain procedures / costs / risks. Didn't attempt preauthorization of insurance. Scraped and drilled without anesthesia ! The underlying problem is still not corrected. He was focused on selling me an expensive cap - not with fixing the initial complaint. Far too rushed. Focused on seeing as many patients as possible. No quality of care.
