Very hard to schedule with. Often calls to change appointment times if you are scheduled late in the day.

Pain free and near perfect job done. The most important thing is to get the job done correctly, not other auxiliary services such as magazines, TV in the waiting area.

Moller is terrible -- choose another dentist! When I went to the desk to pay for a crown, they charged me $500 more than what my insurance company quoted me on the phone. I tried to contest the charge but the office staff was SO rude that I decided to pay it just to get out. I called my insurance company right away and was told again how much I SHOULD HAVE been charged. Eventually, it was figured out that Moller's staff called an insurance company they BELIEVED had merged with my insurance company (the two companies never merged) and found dental insurance through my health plan that I didn't even know I had and CERTAINLY DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO BILL (not knowing anything about this insurance, I didn't write it on my new patient paperwork -- the staff simply called this 'merger' company to confirm my benefits and rates instead of calling the number PRINTED ON MY INSURANCE CARD that they photocopied during my first visit)! I showed them my insurance card again, had my insurance company fax my benefit information, and told the staff that the number they were calling was not the number printed on my insurance card -- but they just argued with me and made me feel like an idiot. When my insurance company finally got the staff to realize that they made a mistake, I didn't get an apology and even worse, Moller REFUSED to refund the money I was overcharged (he also refused to talk to me on the phone). It took me nine months to get my refund -- and get this, my insurance company had to issue me the refund directly because Moller continued to refuse to issue the refund even after receiving full payment from my insurance company. Everything about this was unprofessional and unethical. Stay away!

Dr. Jim Moller has done fantastic work over the past 12 years on my teeth. I have very soft teeth with tons of cavities. He has managed to keep them looking fantastic and done many crowns that match perfectly so you do not know they are crowns. Also a crown on one implant versus a bridge when a tooth got broken! He is a very nice guy and really cares about your teeth. His prices are very reasonable for the area. He has always made room in his schedule when anything has come up with me seeing him the day I needed too - this is very important!

About Hygienist: They have always been very professional and Dr. Moller also does cleaning and has kept gum disease from occurring.

Total nightmare! AVOID this office at all costs! Staff is incompetent and rude, one lady even yelled at me and then hung up. Ofc mgr apologized, said first lady was bipolar, and "when she's off her meds, we just have to keep her away from the phones!" Staff arguing with doctors in hallway, bickering like old married couple. Told me I needed a crown...on the WRONG tooth!! Mr. Moller was our HMO provider, but refused to do fillings because "It's not worth my time." My kids hated going to Dr.Moller because when he cleaned their teeth, it hurt so bad and there was so much B L O O D it scared them!

About Hygienist: Never saw a hygienist -- Dr. Moller did our cleaning. Rough!!

was gonna be late, called receptionists to explain, was told to hurry and was rushed on the phone, got there 5min late, nobody at from desk, receptionists was smoking a cigeratte outiside, had to wait 5mins for her,saw doctor, filled my tooth with filling because of toothache, doc gave 2shots of novacaine, lasted 3 hours, insurance payed for filling, doctor said they will not cover the plague that would need to be removed from tooth, would cost me $400,I told him I would reschedule, called my friend whos wife practist dentistry, laughed at me for what the doc quoted, went home, grabbed me a pocket screwdriver and scrapped off the plaque myself, took only 5min,that 5min saved me $400,and looks amazing,3hours passed after leaving docs office, numbing is going away, but feeling alot more pain than when I went in,toothaches tremendously, took 2 advils and still in pain, can't even finish dinner, thanksgiving is tomorrow and I'm pissed, probably wont be able to eat or enjoy it,thanks Doc Moller for rushing and not properly filling my tooth right,..way to treat a new customer..im just pissed because I cant eat and now have to reschedule with a new doc to fix what he started..what a waste of time...

This doctor wants to do nothing but crowns. Every time I come for a cleaning, he tries to sell me a bunch of crowns for all of my teeth including front ones (which he will not quarantee will look good after he is done). I go there only for cleanings, but fix my teeth abroad. Very disappointed with this dentist overall. Looking forward to an oppotunity to switch doctors.

We chose him because he was on our HMO. No wonder. We call him "The Butcher." My cleanings and my family's cleanings were the most painful we have ever had. (I am 40+ yrs old.) When my son had cavities, Dr. Moller refused to fill them, because he said the HMO didn't pay him enough to make it worth his while. His doddering old partner was arguing with a hygienist right in front of patients. One time a front-desk clerk called me and screamed at me on the phone.
