Read Reviews for Dr. Bridgett Jorgensen
When I called their office they told me they took my insurance, but didn't tell me that they weren't a direct provider until after I got there and then they proceeded to tell me how bad my Metlife insurance was and I would need to pay so much out of my pocket for better service. Then she told me that I wouldn't get a toothbrush/toothpaste bag when I left because of my insurance. I was mortified. Since then we have found a great dentist that would NEVER say that to a patient. She needs to get over herself and find a new office that's not in a shady area. Good luck if you go there.

I went in for a regular cleaning & was told I needed to replace 7 old metal fillings with 7 new white fillings. I was not having any problems at all with my fillings, but believing in my doctor, I went ahead & had 4 replaced, which caused me to have tooth pain for 4+ weeks. Then I went back & had the last 3 replaced. I was in a lot of pain! I ended up going to another dentist for a second opinion & was told that I needed to see an endodontist that afternoon. This in turn, turned into a root canal being done that day. Both physicians told me that unless you are having problems with your cavities, that should not be replaced with new ones & they both said they have not seen a patient with 7 old ones that needed to all be replaced. This being said, I have paid more than $3,000.00 for all of this and have tooth sensitivity now. I have also met 3 other people that have had similar issues with Dr. Jorgensen & ended up with more tooth issues than before she was their Dentist. I am only saying this is keep anyone else from going through this. She was not kid friendly either. For convenience, we began to see her, but I now driving to see a dentist that has their patients best interest in mind.
I know this doctor: 2+ years

She is nice, but gives the least amount of information as possible in order to 'answer' your questions. This is frustrating and makes you doubt the answers given. That said, she does seem very knowledgable.

Both dentists at this location are Dr. Jorgensen so it's a bit confusing at first, but the staff explained to me that they are sisters-in-law. They are both really nice and especialy great with my KIDS ( one of them, Bridgett, has four and the other, Kristin, has two) so they are very experienced with children. They do all types of dentistry ( I had my front veneers placed there, my son had his braces done and my husband had two bridges). They have CHILDCARE at the office, which is a godsend, and my kids beg to go even if they don't have an appointment because they like the playroom so much. They are a really high tech office and I communicate with them ( including the doctors!!) by email all the time. On one of our first visits and they gave me a great packet when I left that had all my xrays, a list of the work I needed, the costs, and how many appointments I had to come back for. The only negative is they don't do payment plans in the office, but they have one or two companies that they offer that do the financing ( the one got for my son's braces was 1 year interest free, so it worked out fine). The staff are all great too.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist
