I am so unbelievably amazed by Dr. Mirelez’s compassion and how he is so committed to provide me the best care possible. My experience with your office has been an incredibly positive experience. Between the UCLA Dentistry Clinic and dentists here in the Central Valley, Dr. Mirelez you are the 9th dentist that I have seen. First and foremost, Dr. Mirelez you and your staff have shown me respect. You have not judged me because of how my teeth look. Your office has provided informative information and multiple plans to choose from to resolve my multiple issues. Your office environment is always relaxed and positive. It is the first dentist office where I look forward to my appointments. I have not seen this type of practice that provides such high level of customer service or offers the latest dental technology. I highly recommend coming here!
About Front Desk: The staff at Mirelez Wellness Dental, never ceases to amaze me! Always so professional, friendly, and caring. They have been such a fantastic and always willing to help me no matter what!

Severely over priced, wanted over $300 to pull my tooth. I said I couldn't afford that, so they charged, for a (very limited appointment), just to look at me $200!!! I was in tears as I barely had that much money to get it all done. I left still with a broken tooth, but now with no money to get someone else to do it for a while! The other dentist I finally went to ended up taking care of me with xrays, pulling, and after care for less than the $200! Wish I had found him sooner. Mirelez is very unfair to take advantage of people that are having pain. I don't know how people feel good about themselves treating others like this.

Dr Mirelez's office has been great since i started to go to his office. His assistants are real caring and helpful with my children. They always help calm my children's nerves. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

Dr. Mirelez pulled a tooth for me and provided follow up care. He also filled two fillings. My problem is not with him or his dental assistants everyone was very nice, although I did feel pressure to purchase implants rather than crowns (which I cannot afford). My problem was with his scheduler Stella. She called once to reschedule my appointment for another tooth to be pulled. When my rescheduled time came up, I called 2 days before to let them know I had a sore throat and would probably not make my appointment. Stella called me back and said that next time I would have to pay my co-pay up front because "I had rescheduled twice on them". I told her that bothered me because I had only cancelled one time, this time for the sore throat and they rescheduled last time. She said "that bother's you? When I called to reschedule your appointment the first time, you said you may have had trouble making it anyway". I didn't like her tone, it was unprofessional and uncalled for. I am a single mom, work full-time, go to school full-time and have limited free time for dr and dentist appointments. I told her I would find another caregiver and hung up on her. I certainly don't recommend this practice because of her!
