Most unprofessional Ortho, not personable, does not like to answer questions, becomes angry and impatient very easily. Not good with children, poor bedside manner. Makes false accusations. Inflexible, lack of communication skills, unclear on specific details, argumentative, difficult to work with, overall poor treatment and character.

Dr. Smith did a great job with my teeth!!! Talk about a perfect smile!!! I went to her a few years ago and I must say I am satisfied! If you do as you are told, and take care of your teeth you will get great results and the process will be done in a timely manner!!!

Dr. Smith has performed two root canals and both have been exceptional. She has the most pleasant demeanor and always ensured my comfort throughout the procedures. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable orthodontist and a hassle free experience.

She initially told us our daughter would have braces for 18 months... we're going on three years with still no end in site. She's either incompetent or just doesn't care. My daughter dreads going to see her since she's so rough too. Last time in, Kimberly was literally putting all of her weight on my daughters mouth to get a band on. She also slipped and caused her mouth to bleed and never said sorry or anything. She has terrible bed side manners and we've seen her yell at the receptionist while up at the front. She seems completely unprofessional and she struts around the office like she's someone important. Don't go to her, if we hadn't already paid for everything then we'd be long gone.

I have been seeing Dr Smith for almost three years. Not only am I not satisfied with her, I'm not satisifed with the Dental Works office as a whole. The staff is very unprofessional, and I'm begining to feel my appts aren't even necessary, its just another way for these doctors to make money off thier clients. Once my braces are off I will NEVER visit dental works or refer anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Smith for almost 2 years for orthodontal work and am not very satisfied with her service. She has poor communication skills, not very personable and doesn't seem like she likes her work. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I'm switching to a new orthodontist and hoping I will get better treatment.
