Dr Tinloy was the greatest dentist I have ever known. Unfortunately he retired and his business was sold to another gentleman.

Both my husband and I have seen Dr. Tinloy at least 2 or 3 times. He is an excellent dentist BUT his front office practice is terrible. I received a billing for which I had quesitons and have left at least 4 messages without benefit of a return call. I then contacted my insurance carrier and they explained he was "in network" and should not be charging me as on the invoice. I have said in each message left that I have no problem whatsoever paying for the services but would appreciate an explanation first. NO RESPONSE. His practice is now being taken over by Dr.Tah, I spoke with him and he agreed to look into it for me.
Now they turned me over to collection (for a ($95+ bill). Naturally collections wants me to pay and figure out later. Would you do that? How difficult is it to give an explanation. Would seem to encourage better patient relations.
I recommend him as a dentist but he is closing his practice. I do NOT recommend his front office.

Was able to work on my child at young age. The BEST dentist in sacramento area!!!! Very calm, and patient oriented setting, great staff, the BEST!

Dr Tinloy has seen my whole family for over 16 years now, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone. He is very gentle and understanding dentist. Always accomodating and a very calm office. Great dental assistants too! Thanks.
