I am probably one of the biggest babies when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Medina has been exceptional in dealing with my fears and making the treatment as painless as possible. Crowns, root canals, cleanings, everything. His staff is responsive to insurance questions and trying to accommodate my schedule. Been going there for more than 15 years, and have no complaints. In fact my older son's plan is not covered by Dr. Medina's office, and he really misses him!

I have found Dr. Medina very nice and professional. I never have problems with his work. He has always found time to fit our family in within 24 hours for any emergency care. I would recommend him to anyone seeking dental care.

Customer service was very poor, staff not willing to work with patients on appointments. Office manager not a good people person. Would not recommend this office as it has gone down hill over a period of time.

About Hygienist: Christine is great, it is just unfortunate she works for this office.

Dr Medina is great. I wasn't as impressed by his staff. I had a dental hygenist/assistant that hadn't graduated her dental assistant program yet. I told her I already had x-rays sent to Medina's office by my previous dentist. She took x-rays anyway, which I was charged for. Also, I had the office staff give me a quote for the cost of a new mouth guard with my insurance. They gave me a rate of $120 that I agreed to. So I went ahead and got a new mouth guard with Dr. Medina. Later I found out that my insurance did not cover the mouth guard at all as I was informed and I had to pay Medina's office an extra $250.
