Does more than is required. Insurance disallowed seven of the fillings he did in two hours. He over sells and is not very good at what he does. There are better dentist. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Very friendly and conservative. No pressure at all with an easy approach and unlike most dentist he will actually let you talk rather try to explain your symptons/feelings for you. Been searching for a dentist like this for many years. Both my husband and I are very happy with Dr. Ratliff.

About Front Desk: Only one mishap with scheduling. I work nights so I requested no confirmation calls. If I set an apointment I will make it no need to call me its in my phone. They got new software the note on my account did not transfer over so they called me twice while I was sleeping. The first call was a reminder the second was letting me know they were calling to cancel me since I didnt confirm with them. I left a message on my way to work that night. I recieved a call the next day and was able to keep my originally secduled apointment. It worked out and we haven't had any problems since.

About Hygienist: Ive had two from his office both were fantastic. I was honsetly shocked to tell the truth.

I was seen by Dr Ratliff as a new patient in an existing doctor's office and was nervous since I had only seen the other doctor for years. I needed a root canal and crown quickly and was accomodated quickly and efficiently. The entire staff (especially the dental assistant) was amazing!! They made sure to tell me what insurance would cover and the procedure was pain free! Hard to say especially with such major treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Ratliff and look forward to getting my front teeth fixed next.
