About Front Desk: Only one mishap with scheduling. I work nights so I requested no confirmation calls. If I set an apointment I will make it no need to call me its in my phone. They got new software the note on my account did not transfer over so they called me twice while I was sleeping. The first call was a reminder the second was letting me know they were calling to cancel me since I didnt confirm with them. I left a message on my way to work that night. I recieved a call the next day and was able to keep my originally secduled apointment. It worked out and we haven't had any problems since.

About Hygienist: Ive had two from his office both were fantastic. I was honsetly shocked to tell the truth.
