Dr Carlile is an excellent dentist and I saw him for years. However his front desk person Janet is extremely rude and Incompetent !!! Her lack of ability to do her job cost me hundreds of dollars because she failed to tell me that they no longer took my insurance after making a copy of my card and putting it in my file at my last visit. The result was a huge bill after the fact for which she demanded that I take money from my savings and pay it. Myself and my family are no longer seeing Dr. Carlile as long as Janet is employed at his office. Recently she called my work and rudely demanded that I pay a bill from 6 years ago that I already paid. Clearly she can't do her job and the patients suffer for it.
If it weren't for Janet I would highly recomend Dr Carlile but financally you take a huge risk in going there.

I have been seeing Dr. Carlile for nearly 3 years. His office is friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Carlile is always great. I appreciate his knowlege and his willingness to answer questions, and his thorough exams. I have recommended Dr. Carlile to many friends I would recommend him to anyone.

Staff is very friendly and kind. I can always be seen when I need to. Dr. Carlile is thorough, kind and accommodating. I would (and have) highly recommended Dr. Carlile to friends and family.

Dr. Carlile is very intelligent and I'd recommend him to anyone. He's great at explaining exactly what needs to happen and what's going on. I went in with lots of dental work that needs to be done and they didn't scold me or chew me out, just suggested helpful ways to correct what was wrong. They are a wonderful office. The assistants were funny and very comforting.
