Dr Carlile is an excellent dentist and I saw him for years. However his front desk person Janet is extremely rude and Incompetent !!! Her lack of ability to do her job cost me hundreds of dollars because she failed to tell me that they no longer took my insurance after making a copy of my card and putting it in my file at my last visit. The result was a huge bill after the fact for which she demanded that I take money from my savings and pay it. Myself and my family are no longer seeing Dr. Carlile as long as Janet is employed at his office. Recently she called my work and rudely demanded that I pay a bill from 6 years ago that I already paid. Clearly she can't do her job and the patients suffer for it.
If it weren't for Janet I would highly recomend Dr Carlile but financally you take a huge risk in going there.
