My experience at Dr. Azuma's office was very pleasant and memorable. His practice has the latest in technology such as "1 day crowns", digital x-rays, and intra-oral cameras! The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, they explained the procedure and was very attentive to my needs. I also noticed that they maintain a clean and safe environment for the patients and staff. To my surprise, after i completed my procedure they handed me a warm towel to freshen up, and at that moment I really felt as if i were in a spa! They also informed me that just for becoming a patient i would receive points and become part of a "loyal patients" reward program! I would definitely recommend Dr. Eugene Azuma

Be warned: This dentist is extremely horrible at handling insurance claims! In November 2010, Dr. Eugene Azuma overcharged my wife for a dental procedure and nearly four months later, has still not corrected the error. After numerous phone calls (at least 1 calls per week) over a four month period, Dr. Azuma finally admits to overcharging us for the two procedures in question; however instead of giving us a check, he is now reviewing every procedure he's done for us since 2008. We assume this is a pathetic and upsetting attempt to prevent giving us what's rightfully ours.

I do not recommend seeing Dr. Azuma if you don't like to spend your time waiting to be seen for a scheduled appointment. He has a lot of high end technology and equipment. The fillings that he had replaced for me needed to be redone by him several times and they still cause me discomfort.

Dr. Azuma has worked closely with me over the years to give me a great smile an a decent bite. he was always accomadating as possible. often orivided follow- upthrough email or by telephone, i highly recommend him!

he was a pleasant guy and the staff were friendly. he took the time to explain the alternatives available for my case. the procedure was relatively free of pain. i however found his service to be rather expensive compared to other dentists in the area. the result was great

Dr. Azuma is a friendly dentist and very personable, however after years of his service I have had numerous problems with the work he has done for me which include having to have fillings refilled time and time again, fillings that continually fall out, (which indicate poor workmanship), problems with billing, long wait times and much more. For the cost, I would not recommend Dr. Azuma as a dentist in the greater Honolulu area.

A visit with Dr. Azuma is as pleasant as dentist visits go. He is friendly and funny. More importantly he is careful to make sure you are not feeling any pain and if you are feeling any pain or discomfort he takes the proper measures to stop them. He has an excellent staff and his facilities are top notch.
