Be warned: This dentist is extremely horrible at handling insurance claims! In November 2010, Dr. Eugene Azuma overcharged my wife for a dental procedure and nearly four months later, has still not corrected the error. After numerous phone calls (at least 1 calls per week) over a four month period, Dr. Azuma finally admits to overcharging us for the two procedures in question; however instead of giving us a check, he is now reviewing every procedure he's done for us since 2008. We assume this is a pathetic and upsetting attempt to prevent giving us what's rightfully ours.
