I have had to have several teeth extracted at different points with Dr. Townsend. Dr. Joe did all he could to save my teeth but when they HAD to be extracted I trusted his judgement. I am thankful he was referred to my by a family member. This is the beginning of a long relationship.

Dr. Townsend was referred by a friend of a friend so needless to say, I was quite nervous about having him extract my daughter's wisdom teeth. However, all my anxieties were laid to rest the minute we entered his office. His staff was professional, friendly, and immediately put me and my daughter at ease. I found Dr. Townsend to be personable; and he explained what would happen and how long it would take. During the procedure, he constantly talked to my daughter, telling her it would be OK and not to worry as his assistant held her hand!

Great Guy, terriffc dentist, very friendly and family oriented - Very friendly and professional staff. If you have problems, talk to him...he understands and will deal with you accordingly.
