Hats off to Greg. He's tip top in every aspect of being an Aster Dentist. Guthrie!! He's a Master at his work and a true artist at dental work!

About Front Desk: Super professional, polite, and attentive. Clarify: In relation to cost stars... cost for services although expensive to a working stiff like myself, I have no qualms. It would be nice if a repeat Excellent customer would be entitled to a cost break, but I undertstand the best is expensive.

About Hygienist: Only one that didn't meet that 5 level, but everyone has an off!

I will be going to his ex wife when she opens up on this side of town. He was late and rude and I had a horrible experience.

Can't imagine a more perfect experience! Have only been twice, and haven't needed anything other than a cleaning, but my first trip there was my first trip to any dentist in FIVE YEARS! Imagine the stains accumulated by a tea and soda drinker in such a length of time! All completely erased in an hour! I thought it was beyond repair since I'd never left a dentist with such great results. I told my hygienist I was so thrilled because "the last time I went to the dentist, I left with the same teeth" She said that can't be true, but it was! I had brought my infant son, which I was more than a little apprehensive about, but everyone there put me at ease about it. A few ladies stopped in to say hi to him. My own hygienist wa also a new mother, so the only problem she had was that it made her miss her own baby! The doctor was there briefly, but long enough to give me the all clear and suggest some sealants on my back teeth. He too was glad to see my baby there. He says it's good to get them used to the environment so they're not afraid when it's there turn. Today, several months later, they remember who I was, my hygienist and I spoke as friends, like good friends actually, as if we'd grown up together. Left with a beautiful smile!!

About Front Desk: Didn't have to deal much with her, but seemed nice. Answered my question about my insurance, so I'm sure she's knowledgeable.

About Hygienist: Best most thorough cleanings ever! Super sweet lady! More caring and professional than I could ever be. A little OCD perhaps, and a stickler for keeping things sanitized, but who wouldn't love that in a hygienist! I'm sad my husbands in the military because I know eventually ill have to move and find a new dentist! And I already know that this place can't be beaten!

Dr. Kreg ran late and his assistants did most of the work. The assistants were very nice however. I wish I would have seen Dr. Sheri in the same office. I have had to re-do his work because I caught food between my teeth after he finished!

I have the worst gag reflexes, and the dental assistants were so helpful and patient with me!! I have always hated going to the dentist before, but this was a positive visit for me! Looking forward to my next visit!

I totally disagree with the review given previously. I was anxious and made to feel totally at ease in this office. Before initial consultation, I was actually given a tour of the facilities. (I'm sure my root canals and crowns will help pay for the new facility.) After my first root canal, Dr. Kreg was nice enough to offer pain medication, which I refused, unfortunately. He called later on to inquire about pain, discomfort, etc. I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and environment of this facility. My sister referred me to this dentist and I would refer others willingly.

This office advertises that they are "child friendly," yet they would not allow me to be in the room with my 3-yr-old daughter while she was getting fillings. after she refused to open her mouth for them, they finally let me in the room. when i went for my appt on a different day, i brought my daughter with me. i brought her books and small toys to play with and got her situated out of the way of the dentist & his assistants. after they had a bunch of stuff in my mouth, making it impossible for me to speak, one of the staff members came into the room, picked my daughter up and told her that she would have much more fun watching a video in the other room. i was furious. when they were finally done with me, they told me that she was just around the corner -- so i went to find her. she was in a completely different part of the building in a room alone and sobbing -- with a nemo video on that was terrifying her (she's scared of sharks. ) ... on a positive note, dr boynton was very friendly.
