This office advertises that they are "child friendly," yet they would not allow me to be in the room with my 3-yr-old daughter while she was getting fillings. after she refused to open her mouth for them, they finally let me in the room.
when i went for my appt on a different day, i brought my daughter with me. i brought her books and small toys to play with and got her situated out of the way of the dentist & his assistants. after they had a bunch of stuff in my mouth, making it impossible for me to speak, one of the staff members came into the room, picked my daughter up and told her that she would have much more fun watching a video in the other room. i was furious. when they were finally done with me, they told me that she was just around the corner -- so i went to find her. she was in a completely different part of the building in a room alone and sobbing -- with a nemo video on that was terrifying her (she's scared of sharks. ) ...
on a positive note, dr boynton was very friendly.
