Do NOT go to this dentist. They will send you bills years after your appointment with them and make false claims just to get a buck out of you. BEWARE!!!!!!

I have seen Dr. Shelton frequently now for the past couple of months for various procedures. He has done a root canal, two fillings, and an extraction so far. Both he and his staff are exceptionally polite and professional and go out of their way to accommodate their patients. Scheduling appointments has always been a very easy task. The only pain I have ever experienced was during shots. They can be a bit unsettling but afterwards, you will not feel a thing! Very satisfied with the work I have had done and would hugely recommend!
The only drawback that I have found is that one will have to schedule appointments for each procedure. For instance, one can not have more than one filling done or more than one tooth extraction. Still, it was explained to me that this is to prevent one from becoming so numb that it becomes a difficulty to eat, etc which does make sense.
About Front Desk: VERY easy to schedule an appointment! Also, no problems with them not picking up as with other doctors (big pet peeve) and if you are put on hold, it is never for longer than one or two minutes.

About Hygienist: The staff is just as gentle as Dr. Shelton. Truly an ace crew!

I went to Dr. Shelton because my upper dentures broke. Needless to say when I returned to pick up my dentures I couldn't even chew. I took them back a second time and this time they came back with the gum part so pink that they looked like they had used pink bubble gum. There was a gap where there wasn't a gap before and when I tried to explain my concerns with the ill-fitting dentures Dr. Shelton didn't really respond he just said "uh uh." So I knew I wasn't going to get them right so I just got up and left. I'm still wearing the ill-fitting upper dentures and am currently looking for another dentist. So disappointed!

Great, friendly, honest dentist. He has warm chair-side manner and does excellent work. I've had extractions, cleanings, fillings and a recommendation to a fine orthodontist. In rencent years, they have become more timely and have updated all of their equipment. I've experienced little pain and all treatments-though minor have been successful.

I came to office for follow up treatment from an extraction. Dr. Shelton chair-side manners was very insensitive. It was clear he did not take the time to review my chart. As stated before I was a patient for many years and have recommended many patients to him but I will not be returning.

Both Dr. Sheltons are wonderful. I have been going since I was a small child, and now I go with my husband and bring my three children. I come all the way from PA to see him and Dr. Cohloe-Shai Shelton because they are soooooo wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr. Shelton is a very wonderful dentist ,it didn't take long to get an appointment or to be actuallly seen by him.I took my husband who for years had a phobia about the dentist and just would not go but Dr. Shelton made his experience and his fear of the dentist better. The staff was professional, the office was nice and relaxing. Everything went well . And yes i've already referred 3 people to Dr. Shelton. Another reason i like him is because he's in walking distance from my home and that's a huge plus in my book.
