I have seen Dr. Shelton frequently now for the past couple of months for various procedures. He has done a root canal, two fillings, and an extraction so far. Both he and his staff are exceptionally polite and professional and go out of their way to accommodate their patients. Scheduling appointments has always been a very easy task. The only pain I have ever experienced was during shots. They can be a bit unsettling but afterwards, you will not feel a thing! Very satisfied with the work I have had done and would hugely recommend! The only drawback that I have found is that one will have to schedule appointments for each procedure. For instance, one can not have more than one filling done or more than one tooth extraction. Still, it was explained to me that this is to prevent one from becoming so numb that it becomes a difficulty to eat, etc which does make sense.

About Front Desk: VERY easy to schedule an appointment! Also, no problems with them not picking up as with other doctors (big pet peeve) and if you are put on hold, it is never for longer than one or two minutes.
