I visit Patrick Murray office on 2014 and I have a great experience, then I change work so the insurance was not longer accepted for his office. I come back this year 2016 with the same expectation and I got treated by Dr. Huixin Wang. She made two resin and one of them did not feel well. I feel so much sensibility on the teeth and food store there. Then the customer service from the office manager Nancy was simply unacceptable, she was so disrespectful, she has no regard for the clients and very rude. I don't doubt Dr. Wang skill as a dentist but the overall service is just too horrible. This practice used to be much better but in totality, it has really gone down in service and quality over time. I would not recommend Dr. Murray's or Wang practice!

I have been going to Dr Murray for 20 years and I have used several prior to Dr Murray. There isn't a dentist around who can come close to him! He and his staff are extremely friendly. From the minute you walk into his office Nancy the office manage greets you with a big smile and a sincere hello. Always inquires about your family and so friendly. Dr Murray has done numerous treatments for me including the most beautiful veneers, crowns, extratactions, bridge and denture work the list goes on. I get more compliments on how beautiful my teeth are then you can imagine. His assistant Sara and Sherry the hygeist are both awesome. Always inquiring about my family. He is top and would only recommend Dr Murray!
About Front Desk: Absolutely awesome. Nancy could not be nicer and show true concern. She always has a smile on her face and a nice greeting for each and every patient.

My experience with Dr. Murray has been AWESOME!!!! He's always in a Great Mood and never pushes me to get work that i don't need; He did some Veneers 3 or 4 years ago, They changed my smile, very happy with Him and His staff.
About Front Desk: I think that if you pay your account you would never have a problem, they are very friendly.

Me and my husband have been visiting Dr. Murray for 6 years. Dr Murray has great chair-side manners and keeps you entertained during whole treatment. I have got fillings and the entire process went very smooth. He even corrected my partially cracked tooth.
I have recommended Dr. Murray to all my co-workers and they all love him.

I love Dr. Murray. Me and my husband have been going to Dr Murray for past 7 years and they are mostly always on time. What I like about hime is that he has never forced us to get any treatments or pressurize us to do any dental treatment. Overall he is a fun doctor.

Ignored complaints about my pain and put a crown in over a bad tooth that required a root canal. Personally: a nice guy. Professionally: careless and irresponsible.

Dr. Murray is ok......he's very expensive and it's not him that I have a problem with. His wife Nancy is the office manager and she is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. Because of her I stopped going to Dr. Murray.

Outrageously expensive. Slow, my jaw was killing me at the end and the office manager was rude. Also, the wait was 45 minutes.

Dr. murray used to be a fairly good dentist. But is no good anymore. the root canals and crowns he placed were not tight and when they fell off after 16 months, there was decay inside. When I called to speak with the dentist, Nancy said they couldn't call me back for a week because they were going to their lake house (where i guess they have no phone, and that I just need to come and get another crown at $1500). I have a new dentist now: Tomashevski in the Kentlands, so corteous and their work is far superior. and 2/3 the price.
About Hygienist: All the hygienists are good. I feel sorry for them having to work with that practice though.

Dr. Murray would be a good doctor to see but his office manager-wife Nancy is unpleasant to interact with. She is cold, to the point of being a little snobbish.
