I visit Patrick Murray office on 2014 and I have a great experience, then I change work so the insurance was not longer accepted for his office. I come back this year 2016 with the same expectation and I got treated by Dr. Huixin Wang. She made two resin and one of them did not feel well. I feel so much sensibility on the teeth and food store there. Then the customer service from the office manager Nancy was simply unacceptable, she was so disrespectful, she has no regard for the clients and very rude. I don't doubt Dr. Wang skill as a dentist but the overall service is just too horrible. This practice used to be much better but in totality, it has really gone down in service and quality over time. I would not recommend Dr. Murray's or Wang practice!
