Dr. seems nice but his manager is not so nice i over heard her yelling and degrading her fellow employees and then it dawned on me this must be why she has no front office staff

About Front Desk: manager is uneducated and irresponsible, she has no professionalism and thinks she can buy her way through anything as she passes out free things to most patients so dont offer to buy anything she likes to give things away! She yells at her staff and doesnt know how to run an office she verbally stated so everyone could hear "she has no idea what she is doing she cant even work the computers at the desk ...

The front office manager is rude, uneducated and talks down to her staff I would never invest in a dentist unless his staff compliments his office and that women is just down right rude to her dental assistant and front office girl

About Front Desk: the brunette was awesome in assisting me and quick but the manager was rude i came as a new patient was in the building for another apt with another dr and thought to see how that office was well perfect timing as i sat down to wait briefly the manager was giving this poor front desk girl a look of death and yelling at the other front desk girl.. what a mess of a manager and then the manager even expresses she has no idea what she is doing can we say your fired! new manager and ill be a new patient

Horrible experience and currently changing Dentists! Took my 6 year old daughter to Dr office to remove a loose baby tooth. He either didn't put enough numbing gel on gum or didn't wait the appropriate time for it to go into effect. He immediately started extracting it and she started crying, screaming and reaching for me. I yelled at him to stop, that the gum wasn't numb yet but he continued to FORCE it out. It was the worst experience I have witnessed especially w/ my 6 year old. I was shocked, yelling that it wasn't working and to stop. The tooth finally came out and Dr Campbell stood up and walked away! Not comforting her or asking if she was OK.. I held her and calmed her down wiping her tears. She has had nightmares and asked "what did I do wrong? Why did Dr Campbell hurt me?" I called the office to get a better understanding or explanation of WHAT HAPPENED? The office manager dismissed any of my concerns, claiming that they do extractions all the time and there is some discomfort. WHAT?? It seemed like she was reading from a script if there were any complaints. Dr Campbell also refused to meet with us! This used to be a good practice but it has changed. Our entire family is switching practices.

Dr. Campbell failed to diagnose a cracked tooth during two prior 6-month check-ups even though I kept telling him I believed there was a problem. This led to infection and many other health issues. Dr. Campbell finally took additional x-rays/steps to locate the bad tooth during the third 6-month check-up after I strongly insisted there was something wrong. Then, he sent my on my way without an antibiotic even though it was clearly obvious in the x-ray that infection was present. When I contacted Dr. Campbell's office to see about getting a prescription for an antibiotic, I was told he was on vacation. Needless to say, at this point I was disgusted. I insisted the receptionist get a hold of Dr. Campbell or someone else because I was tired of being in pain and didn't want to suffer more because he didn't do his job correctly in the first place. She finally did get a hold of the Dr. and a prescription was phoned into the pharmacy. However, she was sure to berate me for being "a bad patient." (Not too much patient empathy there.) Discovery of the cracked tooth led to an extraction because the tooth had over time cracked down through the root and couldn't be saved. Terrible patient treatment by Dr. Campbell and his office staff.

I've been to many dentists and Dr. Campbell and his crew are absolutely the best. Going to the dentist is actuallly FUN - the office is clean, well-appointed in both decor and gear, the staff is always cheerful, friendly and helpful, and you never have to wait. When you walk in the entire place greets you by first name, and that was as of the first visit. Treatment is always efficient and pain-free. I've had treatment ranging from bi-annual cleaning, x-rays, extractions, crowns, and a root canal. They offer a full range of cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. Dr. Campbell constantly attends conventions and clinics to keep abreast of the newest procedures and is always happy to talk about them. Or anything else if you'd rather keep your mind off the work at hand. Insurance and payments are always handled quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Appointments are easy to make and they even have early-morning appointments to accomodate those who can't always get off during the day. This is just a great place!!

About Hygienist: You usually get "assigned" a hygienist who will see you each time so they are familiar with your condition. They are all wonderful in resepct to competence and demeanor. You just can't go wrong here.
