Dr, Hager is the only dentist I trust. I have seen her for years and the experience has been about as good as dental treatment can be. She does her best to make a visit as stress-free and pain-free as possible. My experiences have always been about as good as they could possibly be given the issues I saw her about. Her office staff is very kind as well and are ALWAYS cheerful. I have never had a bad experience with any of her staff.

About Front Desk: I've never been put on hold and never had anyone act impatient or unpleasant. They are all great people.

Front desk:

About Hygienist: I have never had a bad experience with any of her hygienists. They are knowledgeable and joke around in a way that takes your mind off the unpleasant situation. I love that they can talk about dental care frankly, without trying to impress with big words, they just genuinely want you to have healthy teeth.

My Experience: Deep Cleaning

THIS WHAT I WAITED SEVEN YEARS FOR? As most of you know I DO NOT LIKE TO GO TO THE DENTIST, so Wednesday I go for the first time in about 5 years for a check up, cleaning and to look at chipped tooth. We made the appointment. weeks ago. We go there early to fill out paperwork, we had all the info needed. I go in to the chair and the assistant starts to get my info and asks if I have any concerns (same as I filed out on the check in paperwork.) She takes 18 x-rays and offers a $97.00 pre cancer screening photo, "we can do this for you today" the insurance does not cover it but we recommend it to be done yearly. I declined. S She steps out and the dentist comes in, she reviews the x-ray, asks if I have any concerns (same as I filed out on the check in paperwork.) and does an inspection of my teeth and gums as normal. She recommends the $97.00 test, I decline. She asks the assistant to take some photos of my teeth "for her records” and to show me her "plan of action". She goes over the "plan" and then asks if I have any questions. What about the chipped tooth I came in for? She says "we will fix that when we come back for a root canal and crown. I don’t have any sensitivity in the tooth to hot or cold so it can’t be that deep right? I did see a shadow on the x-ray where you said the chip was so we can just fix it later. You can let my assistant know when and where to refer you for a root canal and then I will make a post and a temporary crown , then you will come back again for the real crown. I asked her what a crown was and if it would last as long and function as a real tooth? What do you use to secure it to the post? You would think I asked her to run barefooted across broken glass to the other side town to get me a Starbucks the way she reacted to the question. After she finished sighing and grabbing pamphlets for me to read she said "I use a glass something something" to bond the crown in place. She then said I can schedule my cleaning whenever is good for me. Now hold on a second, I scheduled today for a check up, cleaning and to look at a chipped tooth right? She say's "we don’t clean on the first visit, we just want to take a look." WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME! I asked her is there anything that we need to do later that will interfere with the cleaning? She says no, "we just don't clean on the first visit." (But you can sell me a test today, but not a cleaning?)..........she says we will have a full work up of everything it will cost to have all the other work done when I reschedule the cleaning so we can talk about it then. Like I would ever come back if you can’t even do what I asked for in the first place. You can do other stuff but not what i scheduled for....right! If I ran my store like this no one would ever come back, it's like this. You make an appointment to have an oil change done and a noise in your car checked out. I look at the car, figure out what is wrong. After about an hour or so I come to you and say "there are some other things we need to fix. I can schedule you to come back soon to fix them and I will tell you how much it will cost when you come back but I can look at you wiper blades to $79 today if you want me to. You ask, "what about the noise I came in for? I tell you we can talk about that when you come back, I don’t fix things on the same visit as when I look at them, and by the way you will need to make another appointment for the oil change. You would flip out, HOLY CRAP would you flip out!!! I bet when she takes her car in for service she wants it serviced the same day, on the same visit and when she goes to the doctor she wants’ a prescription when she get’s checked out. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET SIMPLE THINGS DONE? I was not expecting her to fix the chip just do a check up, cleaning and LOOK at my chipped tooth. Is that really to much to ask?????? Now here is the kicker, My son had the next appointment after me (it was his first visit to her also). She did a check up, cleaned his teeth and recommended some other work. What?…….. She did a cleaning on his first visit? This is total insanity, chaos, cats and dogs living together, the son in the sky at night, oil and water mixing!!!!!!!! So after seven years of sweating my next visit to the dentist, this is what I get. I get to make another appointment for the dentist.

About Hygienist: Nice and helpful. Made me feel at ease.

Horrible!! Do not go!! I have had the worse experience at this office. Not only are they trying to sell you a product from the moment you step in the office (Juice+), but they are trying to get every penny from you and your insurance company as possible - whether you really need the procedure or not. Also Dr. Hagger's relationship with her assistants was unprofessional - she has a huge lack of respect and patience with them. Overall terrible experience. You want to trust your doctors, but after my visits with her I'm going to question all dentists.

Dr. Hager is nice and the receptionist is ok but it is the other staff that made my visits unpleasant. 1. They are always trying to sell you some vitamins almost every visit. Doesn't no mean no! I don't need the receptionist, the dr, and the hygienist trying to sell me the same product. 2. They claim to be in-network but they charged me way outside of the predeterminrd fee schedule for my plan. Good thing i had sense enough to check on my own and then i was charge the "correct" amount after i told them i spoke with my insurance company. I am already in the process of working with another provider

About Hygienist: Always rough! And talked way to much. How can i hold a comversation with you with instruments in my mouth! Poor bedside manner

I went to this dentist with great anticipation and hope that there would be no pain. I have had several bad experiences with that in the past. I had to have all of my upper teeth pulled, and replaced with dentures. There was not much pain, however, the plate has never fit right. I went back several times for realignments, but, still no better. I got so frustrated, that I got my x-rays and now am searching for a new dentist. No one seemed to care that I was unhappy with the results, and offered no apologies nor any of my money back. They were more than happy to take my money before the plate was made. Buyer beware............this dentist does not seem to care at all about her patients.

This office was very unprofessional and I did not feel as if my comfort level was of much concern to them. I felt like no one had a specific job and everyone just ran around with no direction. From over hearing staff talk about other staff members to incorrect billing this place is a mess. I know that they have done some restructuring but they still have some staff that needs to be updated. There are just too many personal problems in this office! Also I dont remember talking to the DR. at all not before, after or during the procedures.

About Hygienist: The Dental Hygienist was GREAT! She was the only person in the office that complete counseled me and she even gave me information about the procedures I would be treated for that day...

Hi I am quite new to the USA consequently I do not have a baseline for dentistry in this country. However, compared to past experience in both the United Kingdom and South Africa, I was very disapointed. On a technical level, I am surprised that 18 individual X-rays had to be taken of my mouth rather than simply use a panoramic scan. That is however a minor inconvenience as the service I received was very disappointing for the following reasons: - It feels like you're on a production line as the dentist seems to be dealing with multiple patients at the same time. The result is many interminable periods of time just waiting for something to happen. - I was told by the dental hygenist that I have a great brushing technique only to be instructed how to brush my teeth - adding to my bill. - I have an older implant and only after the screw was exposed did the dentist realize she didn't have a tool that would fit it. The implant was filled with cotton wool and I had to drive to another dentist who had the harware needed to finish the job. At the end of all this trouble, my minor problems were taken care of but the path was not a pleasant one to follow. Consequently, I will not return.
