I went to this office 3 yrs ago when Maria was there, she was the o.ly nice person there she took time to talk to me to explain everything she left because of the way she realized people that were not Russian were treated unfair. She told me the Dr. Gives discounts to people he knew only .The Dr was not friendly at all he actually was very rough. So I had a Crack in my left front tooth so they did a root canal my other fro.t tooth was perfect but he told me he had to do a root canal on that one also I asked why his wife told me they had to do it because they had to make sure the colors were the same..I started paying them for them to use Sirconia it look more natural so I paid 400$ per tooth . 800.$ I went to the office on prospect street and to my surprise they weren't there anymore, I couldn't believe this I have tried to get in touch with him but I can't seem to get anyone on the phone . I went to another dentist and he said I didn't need a root canal on my second. tooth he also said every good dentist will match the colors perfectly is he is really good. So I really still wa.t my money I really work hard to pay my bills and this isn't right..

Does not answer any questions.told me i had 3cavities went to 2other dentist and i had none. Very pricey and did a horrible job with implants.very dissatisfied and dissappointed. Bill was never explained to me. Constantly request bill and do not receive it. Stuck with 6,000bill for a crappy job.not a happy Customer

I went to see this dentist. They took my xray and he said that everything had to be redone. He was very arrogant and does not want to explain anything. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. The staff was quite friendly though.

I received postcard in the mail and tried number of time calling with no returned call. one day went without appointment. few people were waiting. i set for an hour. i noticed very one woman was had no manner the way she was talking to another person waiting with me. who wanted to understand discount listed in postcard she had just received. i found no professionalism in the staff. there was another person on phone she was also talking in bad manner about price. i thought, i do not belongs hear. I left. also their English was very poor.

In riverdale dental care, the people in the front desk are horrible, people with no education or experience. His secretary has no experience whatsoever. One of the secretaries are always in a bad mood. They don't treat the patients with respect. They are old ladies. They also don't know what they are doing. I had a very bad experience down there last week. I don't recommend going to that dentistry because of the front desk especially. If it wasn't for an old lady in the front desk with no experience., everything would have been fine.

The best dentist I ever visited. He is very experienced. His stuff is great. I recommend this dentist to others.

Because he's good doctor, he also does a good job at his profession. He's a nice person as well. His dental assistants, Maria and Nicola are good as well and will treat you with the care you need. He also has a good staff that will treat you with kindNess as soon as you walk in. Hopefully you will come and visit us.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is the best and hardworking as well. So we hope to see you there.

I went to have a root canal and was then told I needed 7 more fillings and another root canal! I had just been to my regular dentist and was told none of this. I still have pain in the root area. He gave me an amalgam filling when I requested a composite. I learned of this while I was still in the office and insisted that he take it out immediately. He and his staff spoke in Russian and were talking and laughing about me. I didn't tell him that I understand enough Russian to make out some of what was said. He left some of my old filling in my tooth when he put the new composite filling in. I am concerned that I have been poorly cared for. I will know when I have enough money to consult with another dentist or when my infection doesn't go away! I am afraid to loose my tooth! He didn't speak to me directly and would often just walk out of the room while working with me. There was a construction worker in the exam room having a conversation with Shalmi while I was being treated. I waited over 45 minutes before being treated each time I was there. I have a very obvious fear of dentists which showed in my behavior and in my telling the dentist, never once did Shalmi offer comfort or medication for calming.

About Front Desk: Some of them were kind but when they started talking about me in Russian, I quickly discovered that they were patronizing and hurtful. I asked for my dental xrays and dental reports and I was given excuses for why I couldn't get them. I will request them in writing and wait. If I don't receive them in a timely manner I will take further action. Also, I was told that my insurance didn't cover the composite filling that I requested and I have just recently received composite fillings from a clinic that took my insurance and they were covered by my insurance. I don't trust the staff to be telling me the absolute truth.
