When I first met him around 32 years, he identified issues that needed corrections, and we cleared all issues and he saved my gums and teeth. He and is staff have been nice and friendly. Good place for dental care. He always works on improving his health knowledge and new techniques. Recently he help set me up for wisdom teeth surgery with a specialist at Case/University Hospitals and everything is gready now.

About Front Desk: Nice, friendy, and helpful with setting appointments.

About Hygienist: Almost all have been exceptional over the years.

Altered my bite so badly that it still is not correct till this very day. Was also sent a bill, out of the blue, years later for almost 1,300. When I called trying to find out information about it, I was given excuses and told me it was from a procedure that they did. Thank goodness for my insurance company backing me up and telling them they couldn't bill me for it, or they probably would have stuck me with this bill, THAT I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR. Be very careful when dealing with these people. I recommend going to someone else.

Request to see Dr. Hylan and never seen or met the Dentist. Gossip in the rooms around patients about employment. Dental assistants inform the doctors as if the doctors are all filling in for Dr. Hylan. Never any consultation. I answered a serious of questions as to what would make a great dentist and they never once full filled the answer. NO customer service. The most professional and actually knew what she was talking about was the recpectionist you check in/out with.

About Front Desk: too much going on in the facility everytime i have an appointment. Billing the woman did not read the notes and charged me the incorrect price until I was hesitant to give her the incorrect payment. She then realized the correct amount. The check-in receptionist always polite and was accurate on my billing prices.

About Hygienist: just began working without introducing herself. I asked her name and she pointed at her name on her lab coat for me to read it.

Dr. Hylan pulled my wisdom teeth and I literally did not feel a thing until I got home & the novacaine wore off. He was gentle and his assistant was so sweet and caring. The whole office staff was generous and kind. They treated me like a princess

I had an emergency! I was at work and (picking my teeth) when all of a sudden I went through the roof in pain! A co-worker suggested I call Dr. Hylan. I was told (VERY NICELY) to come right in. Now because I am a baby, I was a little scared(ALOT). Everyone in the office treated me like I was the only one who mattered. I even met a little girl in the waiting area, who was an employees daughter, and had a great time with her. Well as it turned out, I needed an extraction. What I liked most of all was NO-ONE lied to me about how it would feel! THANK YOU! The Doc was so gentle. The assistant was GREAT! They even joke around a bit! I FEEL GREAT(minus the swelling) TODAY. So I think everyone should go to this office! i know I will return! THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!

Painless and caring. Took care of my fears. Could reach day or night. Great team. Very clean and sterile.
