They accepted my insurance and told me how much it would cost ahead of time.
I had an abscesed tooth and they worked me in the same day. I was really nervous and the laughing gas really helped.
They explained everything. Told me what to expect afterwards and when I could go back to work.
Gave me an emergency number I could call if I had any problems.
Didn't feel a thing. Started going regularly and took my kids.
About Front Desk: Got me in the same day when my tooth was swollen and I had a fever. Told me what the insurance was going to pay and what my part was going to be. She seemed to know a lot about the office, insurance, and treatment. They called me after I had the tooth pulled to make sure I was doing OK and see if I had any questions.

About Hygienist: Thorough and gentle job. Didn't give me a hard time when they hadn't been cleaned for years. I feel like she is helping me keep my teeth.

Most excellent dentist and staff, had oral surgery to remove broken and infected root of tooth that had been pulled years ago. They have since continued work and restored me teeth to the best they have been in years. If I had met this team when I was young, I would have many more of my own teeth today. Dr. Anderson and her staff care about their patience and make a trip to the dentist pain, stress and worry free. I have no more dentist visit anxiety. I was not shamed because of the poor state my teeth were in and can only wish other dentist were as caring and helpful. Excellent job Dr. Anderson!
About Hygienist: Even the Hygienist took me through stages of treatment so that it didn't hurt. And my teeth have never felt better!

FILLED CAVITIES STILL HURT AFTER 1 MONTH, BUT AM WILLING TO LET HER MAKE IT RIGHT
