They accepted my insurance and told me how much it would cost ahead of time. I had an abscesed tooth and they worked me in the same day. I was really nervous and the laughing gas really helped. They explained everything. Told me what to expect afterwards and when I could go back to work. Gave me an emergency number I could call if I had any problems. Didn't feel a thing. Started going regularly and took my kids.

About Front Desk: Got me in the same day when my tooth was swollen and I had a fever. Told me what the insurance was going to pay and what my part was going to be. She seemed to know a lot about the office, insurance, and treatment. They called me after I had the tooth pulled to make sure I was doing OK and see if I had any questions.

About Hygienist: Thorough and gentle job. Didn't give me a hard time when they hadn't been cleaned for years. I feel like she is helping me keep my teeth.
