I booked an appointment for a cleaning-I arrived 15 minutes for my appointment and then I had to sit in the waiting room another 30 minutes. Before I am even seen they want to collect $131 from me without showing me an itemized statement. They proceed to tell me my insurance doesn't cover X-rays and my insurance is terrible-which Dr. Rock is an in-network participant. They took X-rays and exam my teeth. No cleaning happens- what did I just pay for. I call my insurance immediately guess what they do cover X-rays only bitewing- they took a panaramic. Today I get my statement from the insurance Humana they billed my insurance $203. Humana paid them $48 and $32 was over R&C. Humana says I paid $123 for the X-ray only so why did I pay $131 and why was I told my plan doesn't cover X-rays when my insurance says they cover bitewing X-rays. I will never seen the money I overpaid and I will never return. Bait and switch.

Dr. Rock is the best dentist that I've had in my 75 years. I have recommended her to several people.
She has handled my dental problems very professionally. She's always cheerful, yet very efficient and caring.
The new facilities are excellent. My only complaint is there seems to be only sports magazines in the waiting room.

Dr. Rock is very conscientous and caring. Everyone in her office is very helpful. Cost is reasonable with insurance. My hygienist is well trained and because I have had lots of gum problems in the past, she takes extra care with cleaning procedures. In the past year, because the office was short a hygienist, I have had to schedule my teeth cleanings every 4 months instead of 3 but they have added an extra hygienist recently and I am now back to a 3 month checkup. I recently had to have a new crown and a bridge of 3 crowns made. They matched my other teeth beautifully and Dr. Rock took lots of time making sure they fit well. I am very happy with her.
