Very cordial and sensitive about her patients. Her suggestions helped me improve my gums and they dont bleed anymore.

Dr. Jay always makes me feel welcome in her office. I have a partially fake front tooth and was having troubles with it breaking down. Dr. Jay helped to repair it multiple times and helped identify the problem of the way by teeth came together when biting my lower lip. Now I don't have to wake up and worry about not having half my front tooth anymore.

10 Stars! I am very very pleased with Dr. Jay! Highly recommended! I had not been to the dentist in 10 years, and I was so fearful that my teeth were a mess. Just picking up the phone and setting up an appointment was very difficult for me to do. When I first called Dr. Jay's office, her very lovely receptionist Tami picked up and instantly made me feel at ease about coming in. We setup an appointment, and when I arrived, I was the only patient there in the waiting area. They allot plenty of time for each patient, and Dr. Jay doesn't try to herd you in and out of the office like cattle. After x-rays, when I was sitting in the chair waiting to have my teeth cleaned, Dr. Jay walks in and explains that she doesn't have a hygienist and does all of her patient's cleaning herself! Holy cow! It was great! During the appointment, Dr. Jay didn't try to sell me on dental products or procedures that I didn't really need (like all the other dentists I've had). She is very good at explaining things to you, and she listens to what you have to say. To my surprise, after 10 years, no cavities!

About Front Desk: Great customer service! Actually, they were talking about coming back later that night because one of her patients who had broken his crown was flying in to get it repaired. Dr. Jay and her team is very nice and very efficient! They really take care of the patients over here!

I am happy to recommend Dr Jay. She always has a warm welcoming smile, gives undivided attention to the patient, listens well , thinks through before providing advise. I never once felt hurried and she always does a great job. Her simplicity, empathy, knowledge and professionalism are rare to match. Another huge plus is her excellent and courteous staff. Tammy, the receptionist is just amazing. Not only she always picks up the phone, returns calls, helps to schedule appointments but always calls to give friendly reminder for upcoming visit.

Dr. Jay is very friendly and professional. She provides advice and information on how to maintain a healthy smile. She goes the extra mile when it comes to cleanings, and she does her own cleaning rather than a hygienist. The office staff is helpful and friendly too! I would recommend her to anyone in the Phoenix area, let alone Tempe.

Dr. Jay is amazing! She knew that I had a bad experience the last time I went to a dentist and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. The whole staff is friendly and I actually enjoy going to my dentist appointments with them. I recommend Dr. Jay to everyone!

Dr. Jay and her staff are always extremely pleasant and very understanding. I am not a big fan of the dentist as I had several bad experience in the past. But after meeting Dr.Jay my view changed and I was so satisfied with my experience. Dr.Jay is super friendly and so courteous so I always recommend her tooth place to everyone I know who has anxiety about seeking a dentist. I used to have that fear but no more since my first visit there. Dr.jay is great at taking the time to explain things and giving useful personal suggestions in regards to oral care.

I have routine visits twice a year with Dr Jay. In the past, I would see a different dentist almost every cleaning visit. Dr Jay was the first dentist who truly explained things to me. I have been going to her since. She is very professional and kind.

About Front Desk: Tammy is always welcoming and cheerful. Dr Jay and her practice have a personal feel. You don't feel like a number. I am glad I finally found a true family dentist my daughter and I.

Did cleaning and cavity filling.It was done very quickly.It was painless and she took great care.
