10 Stars! I am very very pleased with Dr. Jay! Highly recommended! I had not been to the dentist in 10 years, and I was so fearful that my teeth were a mess. Just picking up the phone and setting up an appointment was very difficult for me to do. When I first called Dr. Jay's office, her very lovely receptionist Tami picked up and instantly made me feel at ease about coming in. We setup an appointment, and when I arrived, I was the only patient there in the waiting area. They allot plenty of time for each patient, and Dr. Jay doesn't try to herd you in and out of the office like cattle. After x-rays, when I was sitting in the chair waiting to have my teeth cleaned, Dr. Jay walks in and explains that she doesn't have a hygienist and does all of her patient's cleaning herself! Holy cow! It was great! During the appointment, Dr. Jay didn't try to sell me on dental products or procedures that I didn't really need (like all the other dentists I've had). She is very good at explaining things to you, and she listens to what you have to say. To my surprise, after 10 years, no cavities!

About Front Desk: Great customer service! Actually, they were talking about coming back later that night because one of her patients who had broken his crown was flying in to get it repaired. Dr. Jay and her team is very nice and very efficient! They really take care of the patients over here!
