Dr Hain put braces on my bottom teeth, but refused to give me the retainer. When I went back to him for a retainer, he would not give me one. His answer is that 'sometimes life isn't perfect". I got another dentist pronto and Dr. Hain would not release my records (this also happened to my friend). His billing practices are not in accordance with the insurance contracts that he agreed to.

Total hack cost both me and my wife teeth. Cracked my wife's molar while extracting her wisdom teeth and cracked one of my molars while attempting to fix a bad crown. Tried to refer me to an endodontist for an MRI, I called my insurance company to see if it was covered they said they had never heard of an MRI dental purposes and it was not covered. The man is sarcastic and rude, he tried to compare my crown going bad to getting polio saying it just something that shouldn't happed in the 21st century. I had been under his dental care for the previous 2 years. He charged my insurance company for a crown that he never seated and oral surgery he never did. Let me go for 3 weeks with out a temporary crown. Stay away from this man, his whole goal is to sell you services you don't really need and his service is awful.

About Front Desk: Best thing they had in this office was the front desk, when his daughter wasn't working it. Only gave you a reminder call the day before your visit about 50% of the time.

About Hygienist: His wife was the hygienist the first few times I visited his office. She spent more time trying to get me to join some vacation club pyramid scheme than she did cleaning my teeth. My new dentist just gave me a deep cleaning. They said I had deep pockets an plaque build up

Wonderful dentist. Actually enjoy my visits and have been loyal for over 10 years.

I had root canal and crown done at Dr. Hain's office. It almost took him 3 times to finish the root canal. It was very painful. After one year later, I transferred to antoher dentist, he told me that the tooth I had root canal and crown done by Dr. Hain a year ago will need to be extracted or have the specialist to retreat it to see if it could still be saved. The new dentist also said that my teeth had a lot of pockets of 5 or 6 and need to do deep cleaning. When he asked me how long I haven't seen the dentist, I told him I have been seeing dentist every 6 month for cleaning, he was very surprised since he doesn't think my previous dentist had done a good job of taking care of patient's dental health.

About Hygienist: seemed didn't spend much on cleaning, always finish the cleaning very quickly

I've been going to Dr. Hain for my dentist needs for over a decade an highly recommend him to my friends and coworkers. He is competent, ethical, witty and keeps his skills up-to-date. His facilities are simple and throroughly clean. I never have any hassle with my insurance paperwork because his office gals really do a great job too.

About Hygienist: Dr. Hain's hygienists are awesome! My teeth feel sparkling clean after a cleaning, and they seem to all have excellent working relationships with Dr. Hain.

Dr. Hain has been my dentist for few years. I received dental treatments several times and it it was always very good. My typical treatment is just a cleaning and they always did it well. I never feel a pain and they treat you nicely. There was never a problem insurance. The front desk is very helpful. I can only say good words about the office.
