I had root canal and crown done at Dr. Hain's office. It almost took him 3 times to finish the root canal. It was very painful. After one year later, I transferred to antoher dentist, he told me that the tooth I had root canal and crown done by Dr. Hain a year ago will need to be extracted or have the specialist to retreat it to see if it could still be saved.
The new dentist also said that my teeth had a lot of pockets of 5 or 6 and need to do deep cleaning. When he asked me how long I haven't seen the dentist, I told him I have been seeing dentist every 6 month for cleaning, he was very surprised since he doesn't think my previous dentist had done a good job of taking care of patient's dental health.
About Hygienist: seemed didn't spend much on cleaning, always finish the cleaning very quickly
