Very bad service. Told me I needed multiple crowns and took four months after procedure started. I was still in pain after multiple visits. Went elsewhere after four months and issues were fixed in two visits over one week. Then, they billed and billed for payment of services that caused the problems. They over bill and recommend unnecessary procedures. Billing staff is absolutely awful. Took over a year to contact insurance company about a procedure they said I needed. When I verbalized frustration about that, Dr. Mason praised her staff for "hanging in there." Meanwhile I was left waiting. I would never recommend them!

About Front Desk: Overly friendly and inadequate.

About Hygienist: Overly friendly and unknowledgable. Missed evidence of symptoms they kept asking me about, scolded me when cold water caused pain, and sprayed water all over repeatedly.

Dr. Mason is very compassionate with all of my family. She can give a numbing injection that seems like more of a pinch than injection. She won't do the old silver fillings so it is a tooth colored material that doesn't have mercury in it. I like that. The setting is really nice too with large views outside in each room.

About Front Desk: Toni was very helpful with my insurance.

I love this dentist, since the first day she treated me. Dr. Mason is genuinely caring and so gentle in her approach. She is competent and has a calm and positive chairside manner. The office staff is very competent and professional, in a friendly manner. The entire staff seems to enjoy working there. Dr. Mason also uses TV's in the treatment rooms - a great way to distract patients and ease anxiety.

Janet R. Mason, DDS has only one concern, making money. From the moment you sit in the chair the staff is selling services and products you did not come in for. When you first come to the clinic you are asked to sign a form saying you will pay all charges that insurance does not pay. This is a pretty standard form and I signed it. I have now been billed the full price for the “fully covered” procedure they claimed to have pre-certified. If you go to this clinic you had better do the entire preliminary work with your insurance on your own. This clinic will say anything to get you in the chair and then will harass you for payment of services they claimed to have pre-certified.

Dr. Mason told me I had six cavities. I was shocked because I see the dentist every six months and haven't had a cavity in over 20 years. I asked her what would cause such quick decay of my teeth. She didn't know. I decided to get a second opinon from my former dentist ( I switched because he is a long drive.) He is very highly regarded. He said I had NO cavities. None what so ever. A year later I still have no cavities. I have since talked to neighbors that have been seeing her and they have all had major work done by her. Mmmm...

She overdrilled a filling and now I need a root canal. Did a deep cleaning, seemed really expensive, also did a crown for my wife, which also seemed real expensive

She overdrilled a filling that a second dentist said I probably didn't need. Now I need a root canal. I've had endless sleepless nights due to tooth pain and tooth sensitivity that I didn't have before. I would not recommend her to anyone ever. She also added extras that my insurance didn't cover without warning me that insurance probably wouldn't cover the costs, resulting in a much more expensive visit than anticipated. Now I see how she pays for her fancy office.
