About Front Desk: Staff was uneducated and rude! the staff was confrontational from beginning to end, regarding payment options. Initially informed partial payment due at initial service by check, then informed will bill credit card for remaining balance if payment not made on due date for following month.. The staff member then contacted the administrator regarding payment. The administrator was over the top when it come to being rude, confrontational and unprofessional, refusing to listen regarding situation at hand, and had the audacity to become belligerently argumentative in an office full of clients, putting her finger in my face and then tearing the paperwork up in my face in a hostile manner, noting that she could piece it back together if an agreement could be made...what ever happened to customer service, the physicians in this office are apparently all about a dollar bill and not patient care. my payment and torn piece of paperwork was issued to me, and I happily departed... There are many other physicians in San Antonio that would happily accept customers and treat as they should be treated.
