Negative experience for us. This office has submitted numerous false claims to our insurance company - for dates and times that services were not provided. Hours are extremely limited, it is impossible to get an appointment outside of work or school hours. Doctor and staff are aloof and patronizing. Services provided are EXPENSIVE (and I say this realizing that all orthodontics are crazy-expensive) and results are poor. There are better orthodontic options available in our area - I would encourage the reader to keep searching for a different orthodontist.

About Front Desk: Gossips (the office is completely open, so anything that's said can be heard by everyone. There is zero privacy here.) Generally aloof and patronizing.
