I have taken both my boys to Dr. Hess from the beginning of their teething years. My 5 year old has no real problems and is extremely comfortable with Dr. Hess and his staff. My 3 year old has suffered with poor dental health since he began teething and trips to the dentist have always been traumatic for him. No matter the extreme anxiety and discomfort my little dealt with each time, Dr. Hess and his staff remained calm and very professional. They spoke calmly to my baby and soothed his anxiety and adjusted techniques as they were able when they realized that a certain noise or scraping irritated him. Each visit has been a tough one on my little guy and myself, but our last was the most successful. My little man was able to sit in the chair with no screams and the anxiety level was at an all-time low. I praise Dr. Hess and his staff for all they have dealt with and done. They have provided me with tools to better my sons oral health while still respecting my wishes and addressing all my concerns. Dr Hess isn't in our dental network on our insurance, so we tend to pay a little more out of pocket for his care and treatment, but it is well worth the extra cost. Esther S.

About Front Desk: Kim and Carlos work together so well and are very efficient. They answer all my questions and provide me with information that I wouldn't have thought to ask about. There have been times where I have called the office with administrative and clinical questions and all have been answered immediately and professionally. They are timely with scheduling appointments as well as providing reminders to upcoming appointments. Esther S.
