My child is naturally very nervous and anxious. On our first visit, Dr. Hess took extra time to comfort and get to know us. His chair-side manner is comforting and calming while still being matter-of-fact and honest about procedures. My child came to trust Dr. Hess and actually enjoyed going to the dentist!
During the 6 years that we have known Dr. Hess, we were without dental insurance for a time and Dr. Hess' office worked with us to help reduce costs and create an affordable payment plan.
