Dr. Hecht is easy to talk to, a straight-shooter who was very simple to understand. I felt confident in his experience, especially with periodontal matters (scaling, for example). His facilities aren't state-of-the-art, but certainly aren't frightening -- maybe not the fanciest facilities off of Fifth Avenue, but it's still Fifth Avenue! The administrative staff was also friendly and competent. Scheduling was hassle-free, no cancelations, no wait time, even.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was very personally critical and unsympathetic about the poor condition of my teeth -- not exactly comforting.
