Dr. Cox and his staff are quite friendly and professional. Im sure 95% of his patients are happy with the service but I had a different experience. I had two crowns done on my back teeth (2 yrs back) and my bite is still not right. There was an over-adjustment made on the same day that I received the crowns and after subsequent adjustments (over the next 8 months) the bite was still not right. I had a second opinion on the bite and the new dentist couldnt find a clear problem so I have lived with it ever since. Also, a few months after I got both crowns I started to feel pain in one of the crowns (or the tooth remaining below the crown). That crown eventually had to be re-done by Dr. Cox. All subsequent operations, in both cases, were free of charge but it was still a huge hassle.
