(when he wouldn't get in the chair) Said their x ray was down so had to do a panoramic. $$$ They need investigation, I don't know why they would do this to a 5 year old child, it was like torture, now I've been told that the pH changes around the tooth with the abcess it won't get numb-by the ped. dentist and even the insurance customer service agent told me that-so how is it that Mary Smith doesn't know that or that pulling a tooth with the infection can be very dangerous, and she wasn't even going to give him an antibiotic at all!
