Had me replace 9 perfectly good silver fillings with epoxy resin fillings as preventative maintenance and told me they were good for 20 years. I now have to replace two of the nine fillings he did just six years ago because the margins have failed due to the filling not bonding to the teeth correctly. He also cracked one of my teeth while doing one of the fillings and I have had to have that tooth removed. I called the office to discuss the failed fillings and i was told by the rude receptionist that they only last two years. I asked to speak to Dr Au and i was told he would call me back. I never received a call.

About Hygienist: I had a standing appointment every six months that I booked immediately after the teeth cleaning and I entered it into my cell phone calendar. When I showed up for my last appointment after taking off work and driving 2 hours to get there during rush hour that I did not have an appointment. I tried to reschedule it and I was told she was on vacation and booked solid for the next few months when she returned. So I found a new dentist closer to where I live.
