Dr. Polacek was extremely rude when I came to him the first time with a problem tooth. While examining me he prodded the tooth and exclaimed "We have a loose one!". As though he had hit the jackpot. He said this loud enough for everyone in the office to hear, and acted aloof and uncaring. The examining rooms are close to each other, have "saloon" type louvre doors and the one I was in was right adjacent to the receptionist office. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I will never go back.
