Dr. Polacek was extremely rude when I came to him the first time with a problem tooth. While examining me he prodded the tooth and exclaimed "We have a loose one!". As though he had hit the jackpot. He said this loud enough for everyone in the office to hear, and acted aloof and uncaring. The examining rooms are close to each other, have "saloon" type louvre doors and the one I was in was right adjacent to the receptionist office. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I will never go back.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Polacek for over 10 years now. He is always caring and has all of the latest equipment. His staff is excellent and I love them as much as I love him. I have had many procedures done by him from fillings to crowns and have never been more comfortable in a dentists chair!!
About Hygienist: The hygienists here are great too. They seem very well educated and pleasant.

Very Comfortable office and Dr. Polacek is a great dentist. Always made me feel at ease and has a great sense of humor too. He is top caliber in my book!

Excellent office, and an awesome new dentist associated with the practice - Dr. Kasper! Both believe in absolute painless treatment, and I don't mind going to the dentist as I once did. I am very pleased with the service, and appreciate the care. Highly recommend the use of this dental office!

I first saw Dr Polacek as a college student without insurance and little money. I had an abcess and needed my wisdom teeth removed. He treated the infection in 1 week (it never came back) and pulled my wisdom teeth without any pain. In fact, he told me to open my eyes and one was already out. I was told previously my wisdom teeth would need expensive surgery to come out, but Dr Polacek did them in 2 visits. He also gave me an unbeleivably discounted price due to my situation.
Every time I see him(for 10 years now!) he plans the best approach to minimize pain and increase results. I moved from his area but go back as I cannot believe I could find as great of a dentist.
He also took care of my Dad in getting implants and dentures. He checked up on him, gave him a great deal and product. My Dad never had one issue with them.
His staff is great. The hygenist is professional and very good, the desk always follows up on my insurance and is very helpful!! I trust Dr Polacek completely and recommend him every chance I get.

Absolute best Dentist. A little expensive if you're paying out of pocket, but worth every penny!! I have a pretty bad fear of the dentist and he accommodated me in every way possible. Totally painless! I am now over my fear because of him - no joke. Perfect for cowards and children as well as anyone who just wants good work done! Flawless work. A+++

Dr. Polacek is very personable and believes that treatment does NOT have to be painful. He took great steps to fully explain what he was going to do, and addressed my own specific issues about pain management.
The longest I have ever waited to be seen was 5 minutes. Dr. Polacek worked with my insurance and with me on co-payments.
A wonderful dentist who makes me feel like he is truly invested in my dental health.
