Dr. Polacek is very personable and believes that treatment does NOT have to be painful. He took great steps to fully explain what he was going to do, and addressed my own specific issues about pain management.
The longest I have ever waited to be seen was 5 minutes. Dr. Polacek worked with my insurance and with me on co-payments.
A wonderful dentist who makes me feel like he is truly invested in my dental health.
