Dr. Barrett did two root canals for me. He proceeded to fill one of them with temp filling. He stated that there was no fracture in the tooth but it fractured two months later due to the temp filling.
The other tooth the root canal was done half way. Dr. Barrett broke off part of the canal instrument in the canal of my tooth and neglected to tell me. Now, I need to go to another specialist to have them us some sort of ultrasonic machine to get it out. This is going to cost $$$$$$$$$$$$.
