Went to see this dentist for the first time today. I'm the Delta HMO plan, and have never felt the effects of being an HMO patient as strongly as I did with him. First of all, he was late (the appointment was for 10:30 a.m. and he arrived around 10:45 a.m.), then he gave me a quick cleaning which mostly consisted of him flossing my teeth, and barely consisted of any actual dental tools. He looked at his watch the whole time, and took phone calls while I was there. He was nice, and answered all of the questions I felt compelled to ask since he didn't seem very concerned about my teeth in general. Unfortunately, the answers were things like "This is the first time I'm seeing your teeth, it's hard to tell if it's a cavity or not." I felt like he was rushed and only willing to get me lip service, when I was asking for teeth service. I do not plan on returning.

About Hygienist: There is none. He also doesn't have a receptionist, which I wouldn't mind except that the woman who worked for the other dentists in the office was very rude when she informed me of that.
